👋 Meet Jamie
With a 4-year degree in Business Management and Marketing and a track record in recruitment and sales, Jamie brings a wealth of experience to the team. His journey has included roles as a Recruitment Consultant at Vivid Resourcing and as a Business Development Manager at Edmundson Electrical. Jamie was drawn to S&A by the company’s growth potential and the incredible people here.

Goals: To help our sales team achieve record-breaking targets and grow within the company.
Fun Fact: Jamie lived in the U.S. for four years on a soccer scholarship.
Hobbies: Football and tennis keep him active.
Favorite Quote: "You miss 100 percent of the shots you don’t take" – Wayne Gretzky.
Inspiration: His dad, who has always been a role model.

👋 Meet Bertie
Coming from a family of tenant farmers in the Yorkshire Dales, agriculture has always been in Bertie's DNA. After studying Agri-Business at the University of Reading, he went on to roles with Openfield, Mole Valley Farmers, and hands-on farm work in the UK and New Zealand. Bertie was drawn to S&A by the company’s strong reputation and dedicated team.

Goals: To expand our agricultural and Roundhouse business.
Hobbies: Playing rugby for Wensleydale Rugby Club, running marathons and ultra-marathons, and serving in the Army Reserves, where he recently commissioned as a 2nd Lieutenant.
Inspiration: His grandfather, who first sparked his passion for farming.
